Phindile Makwakwa, acting CEO of Tourism KwaZulu-Natal, is very excited to launch their new website –

The new website launched at the end of June and offers info on leisure fun, events, and conferences in KZN, as well as information to corporates regarding tenders, annual reports and additional data on KZN.

Makwakwa said, “A website is a key marketing tool for any destination marketing organisation as it is the first point of interaction between the traveller and the destination. It is vital that our website is an all-round essential source of information – giving travellers a sneak peek at the excitement that KZN has in store for them when they reach our shores.”

Visitors to the website can convert their website interaction into their mother-tongue/home language – local African languages as well as international languages. Users can also do a 360 – degree virtual tour of a KZN establishment.

With Covid-19 affecting travel and tourism across the world, this new website will show off the beauty and fun awaiting travellers to KZN.
