Tourism game-changer for Zanzibar

A new, enormous, and luxurious mixed-use seaside resort will launch in Zanzibar, and it is a game-changer. The Blue Amber will stretch along four kilometres of untouched Indian Ocean coastline. Located near Matemwe, the resort will occupy 410 hectares of this tropical landscape. It will not only feature multiple hotels and luxury accommodation options but will also have villas available for purchase.

The Blue Amber will incorporate East Africa’s first 18-hole signature golf course, a ‘mini-Stone Town’ with retail space on the ground floor and 22 two-bedroom apartments above it.

The resort will also boast:

Construction is currently underway, and completion should be early to mid-2023. The CEO of Blue Amber, Grant Anderson, said buyers of properties on the resort would receive a host of tax benefits due to its status as a Strategic Investment Project. They will also receive residency permits for themselves as well as their immediate family members. Could this perhaps be your new home-office location?
