Eurowings Discover, Lufthansa’s long-haul leisure brand, has launched flights from Frankfurt directly to the Kruger National Park for 2022. In its first season (November 15, 2022 to March 25, 2023), the airline will fly three times a week from Frankfurt to Mbombela KMIA, with a short stopover in Windhoek.
“Our booking figures show that travellers from all over Europe are increasingly drawn to the vastness and beauty of the African continent. We are therefore relying on a versatile Africa programme this year and will continue to expand it in the future,” said Helmut Woelfel, Chief Commercial Officer, Eurowings Discover.
Eurowings Discover promises a high-quality product with many services included. The aircraft offers up to 300 seats, up to 30 of which are in business class, up to 31 in premium economy and up to 244 in economy. In all three classes, guests can look forward to a special, high-quality travel experience with all meals and non-alcoholic beverages included in the fare.
